H is a mysterious and cold-looking gentleman, but inside him a thirst for revenge burns. They say that among famous directors there is an unspoken rule, it sounds something like this - "one for oneself, one for others." And here we mean that on one film they earn money to please their producers and advertisers, and then spend this money on such beautiful films as "rock and roll", "revolver", "gentlemen", etc. ... About the first two masterpieces "cards, money, 2 barrels" and "big jackpot", I generally keep quiet. All of these films have taught us incredible script twists, graceful showdowns and delightful dialogues. None of this was in Human Wrath. This painting on Guy Ritchie's list is an absolute hack. In modern cinema, there are very few geniuses of their craft like Guy. And for the time being, it seems that any of his works are required for viewing. But this attitude casts doubt on this thesis.

I sincerely do not understand how and why it is necessary to shoot such a simple 'action movie'. Who is his target audience? The unpretentious +45 generation that grew up on cassettes with Volodarsky's monophonic translation? And what was unusual about this new "carrier"? The script is terribly banal. The whole film can be boiled down to the fact that the cyborg Stethem was offended and he, with a gloomy face, goes to take revenge on his offender. Bullets, of course, only temporarily incapacitate our main character (and even then not always), sometimes, after a full clip, which is stuffed with his ass, he can lie down for a while and go to take revenge again. And where to take revenge on whom? The object of revenge is absolutely dull and not an interesting character. Although in fairness there was not a single interesting character in the film.

In short, I don't even want to talk about this film. It's weird to see an action movie from 2001 in 2021. I really hope that Guy Ritchie will save up with this 'film' for something really Gayrichev's and will no longer disappoint fans of his work so much.
