Naturally, it is more hurtful when it applies to people, no matter who they are to us: relatives, friends, or just acquaintances. For a long time we can ignore them, thinking only about our problems, not paying attention to the signs that they give us. And then they just go away, just find someone who appreciates them and doesn't spit in their soul. I confess I went through such a situation myself because of my selfishness, having lost someone very dear to me. Later I had to regret it many times, because there was no chance for a return. But now it's not about me...

Julianne Potter is a restaurant critic, twenty-eight years old. She is always uncomfortable if she is different, she hates weddings, never goes to them, and she rejects all conventions or anything that is considered a woman's priority. Even love. Kimberly Wallace is the daughter of a rich man, has never known denial for anything, is a "sentimental idiot," as she calls herself, and absolutely cannot sing. What could these two girls have in common? Him. Michael O'Neil is far from perfect either; he smokes in bed, loves adventure movies, reads over a girl's shoulder, loves karaoke bars, and his "symphonic snoring range" can drive any woman. That said, both Jul and Kim love him. Each in her own way.

It's hard to understand Julianne's feeling, what is it - a sense of ownership? Jealousy gnaws at her, she can't stand that a man who once belonged to her indiscriminately is marrying another. Jules should understand: the train has left the station, you don't wave your fists after the fight, but she starts trying her best to ruin Michael and Kim's relationship. The stupid things she's done in four days, you don't even have to list them all. But she is understandable. She really did love Michael, even if it was a little unusual love, and when you love, you always have to fight for your feelings. So Jules struggled.

It's a very favorite movie of mine, my mother's favorite, so every time she watches it, I happily join in. I know it almost by heart, I've watched it many times and I'll watch it again many times, because it gives me only positive emotions. There are a lot of bright, memorable moments, what's worth one singing of Kimi in the bar. It was just awful! © One of the great things about this movie is the well chosen actors who played their characters competently. That the selfish but sweet Jules, that the easygoing Kimi, that the handsome Michael. But the best-loved character was and still is George Downes, who understands every woman very well, I confess, I wouldn't say no to such a friend. So also the minor characters, like the goofy bridesmaids, or the groom's brother, all of them are a nice addition to the excellent acting ensembles of the main characters.

Romantic, sunny, enjoyable movie. Watch it, you won't regret it.
