Going on vacation to a tropical island, a family with two children decides to follow the advice of the hotel manager and visit a beautiful secluded beach. In addition to them, other guests find themselves on the beach: a family with a small daughter, a middle-aged couple and a popular rapper. But soon the relaxed rest gives way to panic when the company discovers a corpse and notices that the children are suddenly growing up very quickly.

M. Night Shyamalan is one of my favorite film directors, whom I always look forward to with interest, I got acquainted with his work as a child, for me the most impressive films were "The Sixth Sense" and "Mysterious Forest", which in turn scared me to devils and naturally his new work called "Time" I had on note.

So, "Vremya" is a story about a family - a husband, wife and two children who go on vacation and end up on an amazing beach, which surprises not only with the beauty of its nature, but also with the fact that time on it flows much faster, as a result of which the heroes will have to fight for their lives ...

Going to the film, I assumed that the movie would turn out to be intriguing, for me the story of playing with time in this vein is quite interesting and new, and I can say that my expectations were justified. From a visual point of view, the movie turned out to be spectacular - a beautiful beach, ocean, rocks, a closed location in which the heroes fell, keeps them in suspense throughout the film.

The very idea of ​​the transience of time is shown here frighteningly, because this is a race for life, it is possible to live your whole life in one day - this is terribly scary, the characters have to very quickly understand the situation, so the dynamics in the film is constantly growing.

And of course Shyamalan once again surprises with the film's denouement and the ending, which emotionally stuns you like a cold shower. And you can't even immediately understand, what is the happy ending ending in the film or not? Because when, figuratively speaking, "all the cards are thrown on the table," the story of the heroes is turned upside down and this is really surprising.

Although throughout the film there were nuances that partly hinted at the essence of what was happening, but to guess what I personally did not succeed in and I am happy about it, for which I love Shyamalan, he knows how to amaze the viewer. All the actors played well within the framework of their characters, it was especially interesting to watch how the children of the main characters change.

In general, "Time", in my opinion, turned out to be an interesting thriller, with an intriguing situation in which the heroes found themselves; I can't think of another film where the story unfolds over time in this way, so for me there was a sense of novelty.

As a fan of Shyamalan, I was pleased, an interesting film that makes you think about life, that it is fleeting, and that time is a gift that must be appreciated.
