Jigsaw is dead, but his business is alive and well, and in the stomach of the deceased, Detective Hoffman discovers a tape with the rules of another game. His partner Rigg enters the game and has only ninety minutes to save Detective Eric Matthews. “The road to hell is paved with good intentions”—that's how I would describe this film.

Yes, I must say that every part of the film makes you think, but the fourth part made me not just think, but rethink and reevaluate everything we are used to.

Each of us guides our neighbor onto the righteous path, each of us gives advice on how to do better, each of us teaches life lessons. But does each of us know how to do this ourselves? Trying to help everyone and anyone, can we help ourselves? Not always. Every time, fate sends us signals that we should think more, that we cannot blindly follow our beliefs, and every time we ignore them. This is what the author tried to show us.

Yes, there was a lot of blood, there was a lot of cruelty, but the question is, what did you expect? How else can you show people what they are doing to themselves?

The actors performed excellently. Although I didn't care about any of them... For some reason, they didn't evoke any sympathy in me. All their stupidity and depravity, covered up by great good deeds, was simply annoying.

The film Saw IV is good because everyone can find something in it for themselves, learn something new. Or maybe just watch it and forget about it.

The film is worth watching if only to broaden your horizons.

As always, the film is shot effectively. Spectacular phrases like “Look as I look. Feel what I feel. Judge as I judge” looked quite appropriate and did not seem pretentious. The music accompanying the entire film still gives me goosebumps. And the realization of the truth is still difficult to accept, causing culture shock.
