The fabula ingeniously parodies sports dramas as Tammy the Tongue (Gina Carrera) and her ambitious rival Cynthia Silkthroat (Cyndee Summers) undergo grueling workouts led by colorful trainers, full of humor, flirtation and explosive hardcore scenes. Intrigue, unexpected alliances, and a grand final tournament keep you in suspense until the last frame - a rare occasion when porn has a solid plot and charismatic characters.

The UHD 4K restoration is top-notch: 10-bit HEVC with Dolby Vision brings out the '80s details (from glittery bikinis to realistic textures), while Atmos soundtrack enhances the dynamics of the group numbers. The RusAtmos Russian dubbing is professional, retaining the original slang, the stylized subtitles are not distracting, and the bonus versions (theatrical + extended) add value. The quality is comparable to modern blockbusters on OLED.

Minuses are minimal: I would have liked more screen time for minor stars like Bridgette Monet. An absolute must-have for vintage 4K collectors, especially if you're a fan of retro erotica with top-notch remastering. 40 years later, it's still fire!
