Emergency Declaration 4K 2021 KOREAN Ultra HD 2160p
A passenger flight departs Incheon for Honolulu. While a Seoul policeman, following his professional intuition, investigates the identity of an unknown person who posted a video on the Internet threatening a terrorist attack on the plane, a criminal infiltrates the plane and sprays an unknown substance on board. Passengers and staff begin to show signs of infection with an unknown disease, it becomes clear that the ship has been subjected to a bioterrorist attack. The task force tries to get the plane to land, but it proves difficult to do so.

Review 4K Movie

A short Google search reveals the truth that Han Jae-rim conceived his Bisang seoneon long before the first news of the planetary invasion of Covid, and the content of the film was by no means inspired by nightmares of intercontinental lockdowns, and the director himself in his own script did not anticipate the human crisis, merely objectively stating facts of civilizational vices, unchanged, it seems, at all times.

The same network sources say that the film was planned mainly as a disaster, and the director did his best to create an unusual crisis situation, with doomed passengers and crew desperately fighting for survival, which is done effectively enough and not banal, increasing the tone of attention: albeit not by unique means, the aerial action that shakes people up inside and out has a special connotation, combined with a viral attack by a scoundrel that makes them hostage to fear, extracting aloft the ethical and moral motives of the decisions of small and large people, revealing a medieval essence in them.

Countries turning in plague time into besieged fortresses, locked, out of harm's way, authorities refusing admission to outsiders, throwing the bodies of the fallen from the walls into the castle moat - a man armed with clever gadgets, having high technology, easily deprived of his will, obeying the dictates of fear to hold on only to himself, now as in the past, that many centuries ago.

The murderer had no idea where his attack would turn, provoking turbulence in the minds of all the people involved in the case, from the police officer with personal interest to the members of the government with personal responsibility - they have different stakes and their own approaches to the problem, where the common good can make everyone an accessory to murder, which the murderer never even dreamed of.

That's the kind of setup that rocks the suspense in the story's denouement, where the common people's dream of an honest official is squeezed in (Jeong Do-ryong, with all due respect, is gathering the fruits of fame solely through the good character set up by her 'shining image' script), A tale of a devoted husband (Song Ka-ho tried to be on top of his game, but proved too typical) and a short tale of the twists and turns of an individual fate, represented by Lee Byung-hoon's blurry character, who already knows the weight of responsibility the rest of us are only to feel.

The psychopath for no reason exposes the primal nature of the human race, whose sanity is subordinate to the animal fear of death, while Im Chi-wang exudes the magic of evil, occupying the throne of show king by enthusiastically indulging in the role of a creepy creep, in a degree of professional maturity where the actor need not care about his renown in the eyes of a whimsical audience, portraying an unfathomably mysterious being infected with a virus of hatefulness, the only escape from which may be death.
