John Bridger (Donald Sutherland) is planning his latest venture. He has decided to steal gold bullion from a wealthy house in Venice. He is aided by his matronly team, which includes insider Steve (Edward Norton), professional driver Handsome Rob (Jason Statham), bomber Left Ear (Mos Def), computer specialist Lyle (Seth Green) and Charlie (Mark Wahlberg), Bridger's loyal friend and second "planner" in their team. The heist turned out to be graceful, fast-paced, everything was played out like clockwork, but once it was over, the criminals' fun was overshadowed by Steve's betrayal.
