Story Movie

Federal Marshal Madolyn arrests Winston, a fugitive financial criminal in Alaska who has ties to the mob. He immediately offers to testify against the crime boss in exchange for protection and freedom. However, getting the witness from the wilderness to the nearest major population center to then be flown to New York City can only be accomplished by a small, single-engine airplane. After takeoff, Madolyn and Winston are trapped because the pilot is not who he says he is.

Review 4K Movie

The creators prudently decided to remove the main credits of the movie to the end, so as not to spoil the impression of the audience. Otherwise, the audience would have to wait for the names of all the executive producers to be shown. If there are quite a few of them, as in the case of Flight Risk, then get ready for an exotic dish. Positioned by many as an edgy hermetic thriller, Lionsgate's project feels more like a failed comedy that should have the theme from “Village of Fools” instead of suspenseful music when it plays. So unserious are the actions of the trio of characters in the cornucopia that it becomes a futile endeavor to seriously watch it and analyze the story. Thank goodness it's at least an hour and a half long.

Mel Gibson, apparently, was in urgent need of a normal cabbage. He opened a kind of group watsap chat moviegoers and began to read the latest offers in Hollywood, and there is a lot of small part-time work for a month. Alimony, driving tickets, divorce expenses, or debts to the mob. There's no way to know the exact reason, but if no joke, Flight Risk was clearly not made for the love of filmmaking and significant prep work before filming. If you tell a viewer with a bad memory for names that “Braveheart”, “The Passion of the Christ” and this miracle was made by the same director, you can imagine the approximate reaction. Really, this is what it was worth coming back to directing for after a war drama with Andrew Garfield!

Except for the very beginning and the very end, all the main action of the movie takes place in an airplane cabin. An accountant, an air marshal and a former rapper meet in it, as in an unfortunate anecdote. Using a brilliant alternation, Mel Gibson allocates 10-15 minutes to boring dialogues and then 10-15 minutes - supposedly spectacular action, the air marshal has to fight off a particularly dangerous passenger time after time. It's true! As we mentioned earlier, if you turn on the music from “Village of Fools” and while doing so watch another pile-driver, you'll get the perfect combination. It seems that the creator of “Apocalypse” wanted to secretly send a message to the audience that he didn't put his soul in at all and did everything for money. None of the characters are interesting.

When Mark Wahlberg's character's baseball cap comes off, there can be little doubt that this is a skillfully concealed comedy. And for the rest of the movie, you'll have to admire his exquisite haircut without taking the man seriously. The attempt to create horror with the help of such a character successfully failed, so we can only admire Mark Wahlberg's stamina and blind faith in a grandiose project with a cool script. In short, all three characters are formulaic with formulaic problems to solve. Neither the air traffic controller's tiresomely silly run-in with an air marshal during a dangerous flight, nor the investigation into how the dangerous flight came about in the first place, saves the situation. Want powerful airtight thrillers? “Fear Room.”

“Despicable Eight,” ‘Saw: Game of Survival,’ ”Buried Alive.” Here's some worthwhile choices. Even “Tusk” evokes far more emotion and magnetizes attention. And Mel Gibson for some reason decided to joke with the audience. They say, look how I am able to shoot a pass for streaming, not only cult works to show off. Money was so little that specialists had to draw a hastily drawn moose in Alaska at the beginning of the movie. Why he was there, will remain a mystery in the dark. As well as the role of Mark Wahlberg, who looked better in “Blood and Sweat: Anabolics” as a brainless thug. All in all, watch and forget.
