“A Knight's Tale” is a good movie. It's a kind movie, no other way around it. I've watched it several times, and I swear I'll never get bored of it. I'll start by saying that all the actors are insanely talented. Their acting is truly impressive. There's a fervor that is always so lacking in American movies; the commitment with which the actors work; and the unconventionality, in my opinion, of the story of the knight. Some, perhaps the sophisticated, will find the movie a bit unoriginal, but certainly not bland.

Here you have the rivalry of two strong personalities, and the fight for a beautiful girl. And that's what I like - this girl is really beautiful and interesting for the viewer, which, alas, usually does not happen ... What-anyway, but a plus. The knight's companions also have their own story, though not as explicit as the main character's, but still important. It is interesting to watch the twists and turns in their fate, though not so global. Paul Bettany - a pseudo-writer, actually lost in a puff and dust gambler, plays, in my opinion, excellent! His ability to master the language in the arena greatly helped our heroes, and more than once....

But a separate praise I have prepared for the skillful character of Heath Ledger. This is not only strength and courage in one person, but also the ability to hold himself with dignity, knowing that you are in some ways and wrong, and maybe in some ways and not honest in front of others ... It's a story of 'good triumphs over evil'. And the evil in this movie is insanely charming - the rival of the fearless knight is a charming, strong man, which, however, did not prevent him from kicking the protagonist when the deception is revealed ...

I had a lot of fun watching this movie. And I advise those who have not watched it yet - hurry up and sit down at the screen and enjoy the spectacle. There is no man more charismatic - I mean Heath Ledger, a glorious actor, whose memory is in our hearts....
