Michael Bryce is going through a difficult period of his life and cannot survive the fact that he was deprived of his bodyguard license. The psychotherapist advises him to go to Capri to find his inner self, but spiritual healing flies to hell when Sonia Kinkade, the wife of the killer Darius and a very violent lady, catches up with him at the resort. She demands that Bryce help her free her hubby from the hostages, and, without giving herself up, drags the former bodyguard into a crazy adventure. Meanwhile, billionaire Aristotle Papadopoulos, unhappy with the EU's attitude towards Greece, gets hold of hacker technology and prepares to destroy Europe.

Last time I didn’t go to the movies for "The Killer's Bodyguard", but then I looked at home and it was cool. I loved a couple of the depressing Ryan Reynolds and Sam Jackson's motherfuckers who had their full blast in Europe. Now the second part has come out, for which I have definitely decided to go to the cinema, which I do not regret.

Plot. Michael Bryce is not like that again. The license was taken away, they do not take a job, the psychiatrist advises to go on vacation. Whether you like it or not, there will be no mood at all. But Michael can only dream of peace, because his old friend Darius Kinkade appears on the horizon again. Yes, yes, the same killer who had to be protected. And here it will not do without a woman. Well, this is already, as it were, by itself understandable. Well, it's not just that the second part is called "The Bodyguard of the Killer's Wife"!

Remember that Kinkade's wife is the beautiful Sonia played by Salma Hayek? She is now a full member of the team. And on the other side of the "ring" is a billionaire, played by Antonio Banderas himself. As you can see, such an epic grip should definitely not be overlooked.

The film does not stand still and accelerates forward from the very beginning. I like that. No brakes - no time at all! Sometimes you watch the second part of this or that franchise and think - why was this even filmed? In the case of "The Bodyguard of the Killer's Wife" I have no such questions at all.

Maybe the plot was a little tricky with all these betrayals and constant surprises, but I don't think it's a big problem. Almost all the jokes and gags came out great - this is the main thing. In some places there was a real frenzy, especially with Banderas.

The good thing here is that the film can be watched without the first part. Well, in the sense that the plot of "The Bodyguard of the Killer's Wife" does not particularly rely on the events of the previous part. Friends who did not watch the original watched the sequel with me, but they understood everything and did not ask me again.

In general, I was able to enjoy the film and this is the main thing. There is a lot of humor and gags, Reynolds with Jackson and Hayek come off, Banderas is doing villainy. Overall, purely positive.
