Military Ray Harrison returns from another hot spot to his beloved beautiful wife. Spouses spend their holidays in Europe, but happiness does not last long - the terrorists, having failed to get the information they need from Ray, kill his wife, and then himself. But soon, RST Corporation brings it back to life. The army of nanorobots in the blood turned Ray into an immortal Bloodshot, and now the soldier is endowed with superpower and the ability to instantly heal himself, only memory leaves much to be desired. But soon the memories of the last moments of life are returning, and Bloodshot goes to avenge the death of his wife.

The film was shot on a comic strip from the company "Valiant", has an age rating of 16+ and overall looks very good. At first glance, it might seem that the plot is simple and exactly follows the beaten track of its many brothers from the Marvel and DC universes, trying to slip on the hackneyed idea by stuffing the tape to the eyeballs with just a grafon. But the picture implies a good and interesting story, as for the genre of the movie comic strip, moreover, even a couple of times even offering plot twists!

Skirmishes with enemies, skirmishes, graphics at an excellent level and delight the eye, and the action on the screen looks spectacular and dynamic, not releasing until the very end. The idea with nanorobots, skillfully darning holes on the main character’s body and even sometimes collecting his wonderful face from ragged pieces, was perfectly realized. In technical terms, there is nothing to complain about (the absence of the laws of physics in these films is not taken into account).

From the negative, one can single out only incomprehensible flat humor in a couple of moments and “smart” phrases that seem to be copied from statuses in the VK. Type: “You need to fight, because struggle is our life,” you can immediately come up with dozens of similar quotes like “If it rains, then there will be puddles on the street,” “You walk, which means you can walk,” etc. But here, as they say, one must be able to turn off the brain.

Conclusion: Vin Diesel was already a street racer, fought in space, became a superhero, we are waiting for him now in the role of God.

As a result, in the comic book genre, the film was a success and fulfills all its functions, in addition to visual entertainment, it also offers an interesting story.
