The genius scientist Shuragami has created a super organism called Biorant, using radioactive Godzilla cells that are being hunted by the international mafia. In the meantime, a volcanic eruption has revived Godzilla sleeping at the bottom of Tokyo Bay. The inhabitants of Japan are in panic - the meeting of the two monsters is inevitable and only one of them will survive. And in this case, the defense forces have prepared their new weapon "Super X-2", with which they are ready to destroy the surviving monster.

A Japanese geneticist's daughter dies and a few years later creates the monster Biolante from her cells, as well as the cells of Rose and Godzilla. Godzilla doesn't wait long either and gets out of the volcano where he fell a few years ago. Meanwhile, bandits get involved and a gruesome carnage ensues.

The plot is pretty damn interesting. There's monsters destroying cities, monsters fighting each other, monsters fighting monsters and the military, normal human life, genetics, and even gangster shootouts. I want to give it a 25, but you can't.
