Story Movie

Once again they fight the villains of the Foot Clan and their leader Shredder. Review 4K Movie

In my opinion, this is the strongest of the three parts. The first correct decision compared to the first part is the replacement of April O'Neil. I really didn't like the actress in the first part, with her rough facial features, as if she was always dissatisfied with something. In the second part, the role of April went to Paige Turco, who, in my opinion, was better suited for the role of a young journalist! She played as well as she looks.
I really liked the turtles' costumes. Now it was possible to distinguish Raphael from Mikey even if they took off their bandages, as each of them had their own facial features. I think Leo's costume was the base, and the others were made from it. If we look at Mikey, his head is rounder than the other turtles, while Donnie has a wide head and mouth, which makes him similar to Raph, but Raph's face is a little more elongated and looks a bit like a beak. I really liked the fights because of their realism. Leo doesn't just swing his sword around to show how he can cut through the air, and Donnie's stick doesn't grow to a meter and a half and he doesn't use it as a pole. The fights themselves are more realistic. I liked the comedy in the film, there is no gloom or boredom, everything happens in one breath, the turtles are cheerful people, not depressed characters, they are teenagers, what could be sad about teenagers?

They played their characters well, each with their own personality and their own quirks (which makes the second part more enjoyable to watch than the third). Raf is a hot-headed guy who constantly wants to prove his superiority and that he is confident in his abilities and capable of more. Mike is an energetic guy who is always cheerful and carefree, Donnie is a phlegmatic and calm guy who loves science and technology and is always level-headed, Leo is the pseudo-leader of the team who always follows the letter of the law and the various instructions of Master Splinter, he is afraid of letting his mentor down and in this he differs from Raphael.

To be honest, I'm not particularly impressed with the plot; in my opinion, the first part wins in this regard, but the acting pushes the plot into the background. Plus, the special effects (let's say) of Toka and Razor are very well done, and they played two dumb creatures well. I myself find more pros than cons in this film.

I like this part more than the others because it is better thought out technically, the costumes, characters, actors, yes, the plot could have been better, and Casey is not there, but otherwise it's just great.
