A film in which Luc Besson creates a sterile, infantile world of romance. The plot revolves around John, an ordinary bank clerk who is fed up with everything: his boring job, his lack of a personal life, and the complete feeling of meaninglessness in his existence. Then, by chance, he catches the eye of a girl with pink hair named June, and from that glance, as is typical for the genre, everything lights up for them.

She appears out of nowhere and tells him that she has a premonition that she will disappear in three days. And so, over the course of those three days, they embark on a marathon of “taking everything from life”: a sea of cloying love and spontaneous sex, guns, theft, chases, parachute jumps, carjacking, sleeping at strangers' houses, and running from the police. It all resembles a light version of “The Fountain,” only without the philosophy and meaning. It's as if Besson is offering the viewer simply some visual pleasure from a cute, strange romance that suddenly accelerates out of nowhere.

The only intrigue in the plot is built on the countdown (the characters supposedly have exactly 72 hours) and the gradually growing internal contradiction between the observed lifestyle and reality. They are completely detached, enjoying themselves, having fun, everything is romantic, freedom, adventure, but at the same time it is obvious that they are intruding into someone else's life, risking their lives, the police are chasing them, and even a whole group of special forces, and June periodically coughs up blood, explaining that a crab has gotten inside her and multiplied (it sounds like complete nonsense — and remains nonsense until the very end).

The director deliberately plays on the classic technique of the “gun on the wall” effect, which, as we know, according to the laws of drama, must be fired. There are quite a few guns here, but none of them are fired. Apparently, this is the author's main idea — to subtly deceive the viewer's expectations by breaking the usual logic. And June's gun, apparently, embodies this idea.

The only problem is that behind this beautiful gesture, there is no interesting idea or message, the events seem completely implausible, and the film leaves the viewer with the feeling of an unfinished work. An interesting feature of the film is that it was shot entirely on a mobile phone, and it is also the debut of actress Matilda Price.
