So, here's what happened. It was Sunday night. I had often read about it online, but in real life, my friends knew nothing about this film. I had only seen Alejandro González Iñárritu's 21 Grams and was completely enthralled by it.

In short, the film started at midnight, and I had to go to university in the morning. I knew that the film would last about three hours and was sure in advance that I would fall asleep. I lay down on the bed, put a pillow under my head, and turned on the TV five minutes before the scheduled start time. The opening credits began. Interesting. I kept watching, and it drew me in.

Gradually, I got out of bed, placed a chair in front of the TV two meters away from it, and sat down, covering myself with a blanket because I was shivering.

The first story ended, the second began, followed by the third. It was already past midnight, the credits were rolling, the music was playing, and I was sitting in my chair, not knowing what to do.

From that moment on, cinema has been divided into two periods for me. 1 - before the film Amores Perros. 2 - after the film Amores Perros. It was as if I had been born again. It was magnificent. I learned to breathe, to walk. Everything was new. I experienced all my feelings anew. I wanted to cry, but tears were unnecessary. My heart and soul sang in unison to the requiem for the lives of the main characters. For the first time, I realized that my life wasn't so bad after all.

I want to watch it over and over again. I know there are many great films in the world, but this one is special to me. I empathized with everyone, especially the main character, the revolutionary. The final scene with the phone gets 11 out of 10 points.
In general, this film is about people, dreams, mistakes, and how we ruin everything ourselves.
I won't say any more, as it wouldn't be appropriate.

See for yourself, as this film is a warning... Love is a bitch, it will strangle you when you least expect it. But it's worth it, because life without it is just the ticking of a clock.
