Cronenberg's films are unique for me personally, because so many years after their release, they are still capable of not only making an impression, but also giving me goosebumps.

As a modern viewer, it's very hard for me to feel any emotions when watching horror or thrillers, but ‘The Brood’ is a different story.

This movie is scary and heavy. With a very unusual plot. No, do not expect something supernatural here, it is a long movie with an ending that does not look somehow unexpected, but in principle, the fact that everything that happens in the picture is presented as something realizable, no, even existing, and makes this movie a horror movie.
