To be honest, I don't like Batman very much, almost none of the movies about him remain in my memory. I watched it more for the interest of seeing what kind of Batman Robert Pattinson turned out to be. Wherever I have seen him, his acting evokes only positive emotions for me. "Batman" was no exception.

The movie turned out to be surprisingly entertaining, for the entire three hours I never once looked at my watch. Grim, dark (literally and figuratively), with its own special atmosphere. Exactly the same main character. Although I would still add some emotion to it. The story itself in this film is interesting, you can see that the writers have tried - at times you forget that this is even a superhero movie. Quite a full-fledged thriller about a psychopath with his own inner world. By the way, the psychopath was quite colorful.

I liked Colin Farrell as Penguin, although they overdid it with the makeup and allotted not so much space for him in the plot. The other Alfred seemed hardly perceivable, I was used to Michael Caine: his character is more charismatic. Pattinson also loses to Bale in charisma, but never mind. Let's just say I liked the plot and the supporting characters much more in this movie than in the movies with Bale, you can take both Batmen, but not Alfred.

On the whole, there are no particular complaints about the film (although Robert could have washed his head for a change): it should please both the fans of the comic book of the same name and those who like dark thrillers about psychopaths.
