Billy Madison, the heir to an incredibly wealthy hotel chain owner, spends all day and night looking at obscene magazines, drinking beer and pulling idiotic pranks. Soon enough, however, he has to get smart: Madison Sr. informs Billy that he is going to hand over the business to the sycophant Mr. Gordon, and the only condition under which Billy can become the head of his father's company is to finish school all over again, starting in the first grade, with only two weeks to complete each class....

A light-hearted, cheerful, and kind film starring Adam Sandler.

A grown man goes back to school to prove to his father that he can achieve something in life on his own, without his father's money, relying on his own knowledge. He is given two weeks for each class.

Personally, I was impressed by the film. There were some genuinely funny moments, some slightly sad ones, and some incredibly annoying ones.

What made me laugh the most was when Billy read the Valentine's Day cards he received from his “classmates,” and the phone call to the teacher was also very funny!

It was sad when he had to leave school because of suspicion of bribery...

What annoyed me most was Billy's autistic behavior, that is, when people talk to him, he doesn't look them in the eye, his mouth is half open, he sways from side to side. I think they could have done without that.

Basically, it's a good American comedy, a little vulgar, a little naive...
