Surely, each of you has ever heard the phrase: "This movie is no longer being shot." It's a delusion. Misconception, if only because here it is - a real movie - “Moon 2112”. Do you know how to determine if you are watching a real movie, a masterpiece, are you watching the ingenious work of cinema, or an ordinary dummy? Even without your full understanding of the full meaning of the film, you can determine the true movie in front of your eyes or not. The key states of your body and soul when watching a real movie are goosebumps from the frames shown, full emotional empathy for the heroes, your heart bleeds and you feel a coup inside you, tears, sadness, a sense of loss - all this can be safely interpreted as feelings experienced during watching a real movie. If you have felt at least one of this, or something else similar to this, not indicated by me when viewing “Moon 2112”, then it’s excellent, simply magnificent. If not, then think about it - maybe your soul is dying slowly or you are simply not able to perceive a real movie, about which you talk so much.

“Moon 2112” is a fantasy without special effects, without explosions and action, without an insanely huge budget and super equipment. “Moon 2112” is a fantasy with psychologism and tragedy. How wonderful this work of Duncan Jones is in all aspects! Sam Rockwell, the magnificent atmosphere created by the skillfully executed scenery, a good story, the good-natured robot Gertie, who has emotions that are displayed on his interface screen, voiced by Kevin Spacey, excellent development of events, music, the touching story of the main character - Sam Bell. Everything, literally everything - is brilliant!

They are artificial, but in the soul they are real, remembering their beloved people and past life. They are not programmed; they are people. They should not have met. They believed that after serving three years, they would be able to return home, where a child and wife are waiting for them. Each of them believed. For an unknown period of time. The two of them met and found the truth that struck them. It is that deception, after the disclosure of which we are shown the experiences of the heroes, and makes this film so truly dramatic and touching. How correctly and naturally Sam Rockwell showed the state of mind of more than one of his heroes. It seemed to be multiplied into many copies, emotionally and physically getting used to each of them. The vital lives that he lived flawlessly acted on me, causing deep emotional and emotional feelings.

At first, “Moon 2112” simply crushes with its psychologism. You do not understand what is happening, who is who, trying to delve into, sort it out. But then everything becomes very clear and you begin to empathize with Sam Bell and his copies. The most important thing is that you don’t know how it will all end, what will happen after the rescue team arrives - which further enhances the impression.

"Moon 2112" is an exotic fish in an endless aquarium of cinema, in which there are a lot of plankton, huge whales and sharks, and most importantly, the real movie is the movie that is in the middle of plankton and whale - an exotic fish film "Moon 2112 ".

It’s also very difficult to catch, just damn hard.
