Trapped by the FBI and blown up by a bomb, Jason comes back to life in the body of a black pathologist doing an autopsy on the charred corpse of a maniac. Unmotivated and gratuitous murders of innocent people begin as Jason moves from body to body. The public offers maniac hunter Creighton Duke five hundred thousand dollars to destroy Jason. Stephen Freeman, who lives near Crystal Lake, guesses that Jason is looking for surviving members of his family to enter the "native" body. And now, before us, the final part of the series about the already legendary and so famous maniac from the Crystal Lake quiet neighborhood - Jason Voorhees....

The movie, first of all, strikes with its scale. Scale in filming, actions of the characters, and even, it would seem, in the elementary - dialogues and monologues of the characters. Jason is destroyed, sent for examination. It would seem that the city, so many years in fear of the family Voorhees, can finally breathe easy - and no, and on the old woman will find a bad luck. Jason, or rather his evil and immortal spirit, is possessed by a pathologist who was present at his 'autopsy'. That's right, the villain was blown to pieces by a bomb and the only thing that survived completely was something like his heart, which in a very unpleasant but quite believable scene the pathologist eats this 'something'.

Uh oh, the most interesting part is ahead: moving from body to body, Jason again in his own way even somehow lives. One way to kill a maniac is to find his own blood, sister, brother - it doesn't matter. The main thing is that the person must be of Voorhees blood. Rivers of blood. numerous brutal murders and bullying stretches at the hands of Jason. Horribly, he himself is reflected only in mirrors. and the personality is that of the one in whom his 'spirit' has taken up residence. And of course, as it happens, playing on the viewer's nerves. Jason is reborn through his murdered sister, and he is killed-so-so by his great-niece.

I was very pleased with the original and quite interesting ending: Krueger's challenge to Jason? This is something interesting!
