Back in 2003, when I watched Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines, one sad detail stood out from the vivid impressions - there seems to be no continuation. Fortunately for me, in 2008 I learned that the new Terminator is being filmed and will be released sometime in the spring of 2009. “Thank God!” I thought then, and truly believed that it would be a hit, it was especially pleasing that the film was about the war of cars which we could see only in small passages. And so what came of it ...

About the war of cars I've been waiting for this for so long and here it is - they will show us the war! The one where people fight the terminators. This is shown very vigorously in the film, here John Connor's fighters storm some complex, and moreover with explosions, shootings, short dashes, and other attributes of a high-quality action movie. As it should be, it ends rather poorly (the first battle in the film after all). But then the events begin to spin like a spiral. The high command of mankind (which sits in a submarine) wants to end the machines, once and for all, by means of a nuclear strike. At the same time, “Skynet” begins to steal people (you can’t find other words). For some reason, the machines needed living material (I personally immediately understood why). John Connor himself promotes himself, and establishes a fighting spirit, of all people who live somewhere and there. And at that moment he learns that his father is Kyle Reeves (the protagonist of the first part). John does everything to save dad, who, incidentally, is younger than him. It’s an interesting situation, isn’t it? Well, back to the war. As for the fights, you don’t have to worry, “Terminator 4” is more spectacular than all the parts put together, believe me. I can say that they showed us only the beginning of the war. We expect the rest in the fifth and sixth parts.

About John and Marcus John Connor is perhaps the most respected of all resistance commanders. Distinguished by its humanism, and determination, ruthless to machines.
Marcus is a victim of the experiment, which made him a half-machine-half-man. As for the character, the character turned out to be brighter than John Connor. At the beginning of the picture, he is pessimistic, rude, cruel. But by the middle of the film, he “becomes a man”, and offers his help to Connor, of course, at first the future leader does not believe and wants to destroy Marcus, but releases him, which will later make them friends.

What about Arnie? Although Arnold Schwarzenegger plays an episodic role, his appearance in the frame you will not be forgotten very soon.

Bottom line: All hopes and a childhood dream come true - to see the war of cars. Frankly speaking, “Terminator Salvation 4K” is the best film in the popular series.
