Jason Bourne 4K 2016 Ultra HD 2160p
The world is on the brink of disaster, which means it's time for it to return. Naples, Munich, New York - his name is known everywhere. An elite super agent, the best of the best, even in Las Vegas the game will go by its rules. He is Jason Bourne.

Review 4K Movie

"I remember. I remember everything "- the first words of Jason Bourne in the new, or the fourth, or the fifth film about Jason Bourne called" Jason Bourne ". Yes, sometimes franchise makers are tempted to give a movie a wrap-up title: Rambo 4 was called "John Rambo", the fifth Rocky movie was called "Rocky Balboa."

But this is not actually about that. The viewer is a little jealous - after all, unlike the hero gaining memory, he began to gradually forget everything connected with Jason Bourne. Nine years have passed since the last meeting with Matt Damon in the role that finally staked out the actor's place among the most recognizable movie stars (yes, we remember the excellent early roles).

The viewer has forgotten the details of the plots, but, of course, remembers and appreciates the appearance of a new type of agent to the world - a super spy made not of gadgets, cuff links and martinis, but of meat and bones. It was 2002, until Casino Royale had to wait another four years, and it is clear that (it’s not without reason) “Jason Bourne” in writing and sounding resembles one well-known name and is going to compete with it. A non-trivial task, but the creators of "The Bourne Identity" under the command of director Doug Lyman coped with it with a bang, transferring the spy thriller into the most realistic, almost documentary channel. After "The Bourne Supremacy", a wonderful sequel with a telling title, already shot by Paul Greengrass, the Bond guys broke down and changed the style of 007. The third film in the series, "The Bourne Ultimatum", did not yield to the first two. We do not take the fourth one into account, because it is a crappy spin-off, and even “Heritage” in the title was casually translated as “Evolution”. And now Matt Damon and his Jason Bourne are back in business. And he, unlike us, remembers everything.

Dear reader! Suppose you have carved out six hours to watch the first three films, or, like me, refreshed the plots with the help of Wikipedia and went to the cinema. What did you see? Aren't you wrong, buddy, in making such an important decision?

First you saw a half-naked Matt Damon, handing out slaps for money in street fights on the Greco-Albanian border (in the USA, to be precise, in Las Vegas, he will arrive later, in the second half of the film). Isn't it John Rambo? You chuckled in satisfaction - Matt is in great physical shape.

Then you saw Nicky Parsons stealing secret CIA files, then the new CIA director Robert Dewey, then the cyber director and a great number of monitors, heard multiple "copy that" and was imbued with a seemingly forgotten atmosphere. Bourne is looking for the truth, the CIA is looking for Bourne.

And when the action shifted to the protesters-filled evening streets of Athens, you remembered why you love Bourne films more than other similar films. Protestants, Molotov cocktails, policemen, fires, overturned cars look like a real news report, enhanced by excellent directorial and camera work and a truly titanic work of the editor. During the chases, the scene change frequency reaches two or three per second, and who does this is my hero. The final race in a special armored car and a police car could have been nominated for the best chase of the decade, if not for "Mad Max", who took all the prizes.

You made sure that all the little things, all the little details that increase realism and ensure a slow but sure pull into events, have not gone anywhere. The inscriptions on the monitors prohibiting access anywhere are of normal size, the shots and explosions do not throw fountains of sparks, and the CIA agent, doomed to death, does not peer intently at the photograph of his family with a calf's gaze. There is a photo of the family, but the camera slides over them in passing, without delay: the tear extractor in the Bourne is of a completely different level.

You again witnessed two types of confrontation between Bourne: intellectual and technological with Director Dewey (the CIA here is a powerful, merciless evil, habitually justified by statements about the country's security) and personal, physical with a killer named Agent. One is Tommy Lee Jones, the other is Vincent Cassel, both cold-blooded killers, both charismatic as hell.

And when it came to the massacre, you remembered one more feature of the Borns - not just alive, but a frantic, rushing, seizure chamber, which suspended the bar for the 2000s movie at a height unattainable for many. Again, you did not see all the details and did not remember the movements, but you felt every blow, but not some kind of peacock kungfuist, but a hefty and feisty 90-kilogram man. You sat with your teeth clenched, expecting that it would be a little more realistic - and you will get it right in the hall.

You looked behind the curtains again and saw the dirty intrigues, well-coordinated work, the highest technical equipment and almost the omnipotence of the American special services. Perhaps you wanted to go to Facebook and write a sharp political comment. Something like “Ha! What other tanks! Amerikosov have satellites everywhere, let them show pictures! " or "The CIA and the FBI stage every coup d'etat in the world, I've seen it myself." But you don’t do that, you’re smart and understand where is reality and where is a feature film.

You appreciated the new "Bourne girl" because you had to say goodbye to the old one. Why in quotes? Yes, because Jason's girls do not pass in the "give - will not give" category, but in the "betray - not betray" category. So you never even saw the edge of the bra of the lovely Heather Lee, the head of the cyber department. But the new Borneo actress Alicia Vikander is impressive even without it: she is fit, elegant, smart, tanned, and has never smiled for the whole film. Only once does something like a slight satisfaction from the work performed appear on her smooth face.

Paul Greengrass has once again managed a fitting sequel to the long history of the forgetful superspy. And you, my dear reader, are smart who went to the movies. You did everything right.
