Story Movie

On a peaceful morning from their classroom window, the students suddenly see a whole army of paratroopers land on the familiar soccer field. A military invasion of U.S. territory has begun! When foreign troops invade their town, eight teenagers flee into the mountains.

Naming their squad after their high school soccer team, the Wolverines, they start a real guerrilla war to protect their parents, their friends, and their country.

This is a Rambo movie that cannot be taken seriously. Again, for the umpteenth time, the subject of Russia is touched on. But if Rambo went to fight the Russians in Vietnam or Afghanistan, here a group of patriotic brats fights off Red Evil at home.

The very idea of the movie - the Soviet Union and Cuba invading the United States... of course it's propaganda and a political order, and that's the only reason I don't even want to talk about the acting... Even if it contains the cream of the starry masses whom I simply adore - still, my opinion about the movie will not change...

The most interesting thing is that this trend continues to this day, there are fewer movies, but there are more games where you have to beat the Russians. But not about that now.

As you can easily guess, Russia will be punched in the nose and lose, and those 8 teenagers will become the heroes who saved America...

Once again not a single Russian in the film speaks Russian...

You could have made a decent movie with such actors! It's a pity they starred in such a third-rate flop...

The remake is coming out soon! Don't miss it! The subject of Cuba has ceased to be actual, therefore now the partner of Russia on a treacherous plan of capture of the USA becomes... of course China! Well personally I don't envy the invaders...
