Of course, I expected this 4K movie to be good. After all, this is, in fact, the culmination of the entire cinematic universe "Marvel". Surprisingly, the franchise is only ten years old and the first film, Iron Man, appeared relatively recently, in 2008, and it has already become cultic. Of course, most of the success of films is comics, but I mean those. who did not read comics from Marvel and for whom these characters: Thor, Iron Man and Captain America were new. "Marvel" from the film to the film demonstrates the quality of Ultra ND. Some of their films are better ("Iron Man", both parts of "The Guardians of the Galaxy", "The First Avenger: Confrontation"), others are clearly worse (solo films of Captain America, Hulk and Black Panther, which, however, were needed to present the characters but the average quality bar has always been and remains high, but the fact that the "Avengers: War of Infinity" will turn out to be such a chic movie, I did not expect. "This film is not justified, it even managed to outdo my expectations. Anthony and Joe Russo shot one of the best If not the most, the film franchise. But in terms of emotion no one in the cinematic universe, I think, do not argue with the "War of infinity."

The film 4K really wants to be praised for the fact that he was able to competently show a huge number of characters, with which not everyone can cope. From the examples you can recall the last "Ice Age", the plot of which, because of the large number of heroes, literally fell apart. Of course, the example is not entirely correct, but the meaning, I think it is clear. It is difficult to show all these charismatic and bright heroes together, while intelligently smearing their presence in the film for two and a half hours of tape timing. Again, we can cite the example of the "League of Justice", whose action due to the need to represent a large number of superheroes turned out to be too chaotic and inconsistent. Fortunately, in "Marvel" they are able to make team films, they have everything (except, perhaps, "The Age of the Altron") turned out to be at the proper level. Moreover, the smooth development of the franchise, the solos of various characters have made it possible to do without unnecessary representation of the heroes and go straight to the action. The film looks holistically, and the story lines develop very consistently. We do not need to know who Peter Quill, Gamora and others are. Do not need to tell who Dr. Stephen Strange is and where he has such abilities. Wakida also needs no introduction, for everything you need to know about it can be seen in the recent "Black Panther".

Acting at a height. However, as always. Robert Downey Jr., Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldana, Tom Holland, Chris Hamsworth, Benedict Cumberbatch, and especially Josh Brolin in the role of the mad Thanos were very good. The rest of the actors are on the level. Most of all, in addition to Thanos, liked Dr. Strange. Cumberbatch gorgeous in this role.

I liked very much how the creators introduced Thanos. His motivation, his plan. Thanos did not turn out to be an unequivocal villain who wants only to do evil and whom you hate along with the main characters. No, Thanos is completely different. At some point, even begin to empathize with him. Yes, his methods are terrible, but, in the end, he does everything not because he's so evil and wants to drown the universe in his blood, but because he wants to do it better. Yes, everyone has his own idea about that. how to make the world better, in Thanos it is. Thanos is the best villain in the cinematic universe "Marvel". This is a film about him. This is completely his picture.

Visual effects are very good. Scenes in space, on Earth, in Wakanda are shot just fine.

The film competently combines several genres at once. Here and to you and the space opera (everything that is connected with the Guardians of the Galaxy), and science fiction (scenes on Earth), even fantasy (that is related to Dr. Strange and Thanos). The film does not turn into a hodge-podge, and all genres competently fit into this picture.

You can also praise the movie for humor. It's enough here - a typical humor from "Marvel". But it works, the jokes are very good and they make fun when it's necessary.

Find fault with the film, there are shortcomings, there are a lot of them. However, the film is so good that all the flaws just fade away.

"Avengers: The War of Infinity" is. without exaggeration, a gorgeous film. This is a real feast for the fans of "Marvel" and not only. This is a real apogee of what they did "Marvel". The film was given huge hopes and it completely justifies them. For the sake of these two and a half hours it took a decade to carefully and painstakingly build a franchise. "War of Infinity" was a success. Watching this is necessary on a large screen, preferably in IMAX. Believe me, it's worth it.
