This movie is incredibly inspiring. There’s a lot to be inspired by here, and it’s not just Joseph Gordon-Levitt’s performance. Although his performance holds a special place in this film—he once again brilliantly brought to life a complex character—the story itself is inspiring, as is the direction and everything else about it. It’s an instructive, inspiring film that teaches us a lot.

From the very first monologue, you realize just how awesome the movie is going to be. And this monologue by Philippe Petit is striking. How much he loves life, how he faces every challenge fate throws at him. His story is the story of a self-made man. People laughed at him, no one took him seriously, but he simply followed his dream; he shows that nothing is impossible. That anything is possible. You just have to try. And through his example, he inspires you to get off the couch and start taking action. He also inspires the other people who were around him. I really loved his entire journey, and especially, of course, what he did on the tightrope.

I really loved how Philippe was obsessed with his idea. That feeling when no one believes in you, but you convince the whole world that it’s real, and you do everything and live for it. It’s a very familiar feeling. This character conveys a strong sense of confidence through both his words and actions. He guides you in the right direction and shows that everything in life is possible and worth striving for.

I really liked Philip and Annie’s meeting. One chance encounter changes absolutely everything. It changed Annie profoundly, making her better than she was before. She, too, becomes a different person after meeting him. She, too, comes alive.

Robert Zemeckis has made a very instructive and captivating film full of meaning, life, purpose, and, of course, the fulfillment of what we strive for and desire.

Joseph Gordon-Levitt. His performance is undeniably captivating and inspiring. You watch him and marvel at how he does it. With what passion he speaks about the famous Twin Towers. With what desire and love he treats them. It’s mesmerizing.

Charlotte Le Bon. After Philippe enters her life, she certainly blossoms. She falls in love with him. She gives him the genuine support he needed. And of course, thanks to her efforts as well, Philippe himself changes. She did an excellent job playing the girl who helps a man change for the better.

Ben Kingsley. Rudy’s dad seems like a very stern guy. But Philip managed to change him too. Yes, they had a very complicated relationship. But talent changes everything.

Walk is a very motivating and sincere film by Robert Zemeckis that quickly gets under your skin and draws you in. The film provides plenty of food for thought and motivation, and of course, it illustrates a simple truth: that anything is possible if you put in enough effort. Joseph Gordon-Levitt’s flawless performance and, of course, Robert Zemeckis’s direction are impressive.
