Not all things are what they seem. So the movie 'By Plane, By Train, By Car' is considered a comedy... Only I don't think so.

The plot of the film is a kind of road movie. The main character in the person of an excellent comic actor Steve Martin needs to get from one town to another to visit his family for Thanksgiving. There are two days to spare. Of course, not everything will run smoothly and the journey turns into a real adventure with the participation of a chatty fat man played by another great comedian John Candy.

As you can see, the movie is played by stars of the A-list comedy genre, and the writer-director is just like these people - John Hughes. And if you watch the movie translated by Alexei Mikhalev, the picture becomes even funnier (anyone who has seen it probably remembers the scene where Steve Martin demands a car). Of all the Hughes movies I've seen, 'By Plane, Train, Car' is based on one of his best scripts. He's got a really vital movie that's not lacking in meaning and is easy to watch. It's a great way to relax on a weekend.
