A conscientious cop dies in the line of duty while trying to expose a gang of scientists who reanimate corpses, who then fearlessly rob banks.

Having accidentally undergone the same processing, the dead policeman brings the matter to an end, calling his offenders to account.

This is a very rare film that was shown on TV only a couple of times, which is very unfair in my opinion.

What is death? - the eternal question, the answer to which we will all know sooner or later. The protagonist of this film knows the answer firsthand. He was killed and revived with the help of a special machine. One of my favorite actors Treat Williams plays the role of an avenger for his death, whose body gradually decomposes throughout the film - make-up work was provided to the fullest. The then-famous comedian Joe Piscopo plays his partner here, who at the end of the film was also 'killed' and 'reincarnated' again and he joined the retaliation. And at the end, he gives out a delicious phrase: 'When I die, I want to be a saddle in a women's bicycle.'

I don’t even know how best to call the genre of this picture, because there is an action movie, a melodrama, and even an element of horror. Amazing storyline, good special effects and a great selection of actors. If you have not seen this film, then you simply must correct this unfortunate omission.
