Review 4K Movie

I've never seen any of this director's 'cult' films before. I heard a lot about Quentin Tarantino, he was the perfect director. A genius, deeply influenced film culture, like Cameron 2.0.

For that statement, by the way, I had never seen his movies before, except for the second half of 'Kill Bill' when I was a kid. The movie was awesome. Seeing the grave-raising scene, I assumed a lot of people liked the movie and the acting and directing were great. It was. I don't know the plot of 'Kill Bill', I don't know what the premise is, and I haven't even read a review of the movie, but I liked it, even though I didn't understand anything.

The same paradox I see in this picture. 'Top 250 on Kinopoisk', 'Palme d'Or' and all that kind of stuff.

But what is the paradox? When a thing starts to be 'cult,' for the most part you start to perceive it differently. If I put down a stick, you will be ready to kick it, but if I say that the stick is straight from antiquity or even primitive times, not only will you guard it as your property, but you will be afraid to even touch it.

That's the paradox. In my opinion, the film is a little overrated for its status. The choppy, 'Tarantino-style' narration might frighten some people at first. But it only helps to focus attention on the picture and go into as much detail as possible. Moreover, many moments I would curse for my stupidity if not for the plot twists.

The 'philosophical dialogues' and 'sacredness' themes are crap. Well unfortunately that has to be admitted. The work 'Death Parade' carries more philosophical themes than this picture.

In principle, this review is neutral because the idea itself is sluggish and tedious.

If the theme of the movie was a question like, 'am I a fluttering creature or have a right' - no way, no way! You could have wrapped up great dialogues and a great plot with such actors and with such a picture, but alas and ah, and I got nothing but two and a half hours of heroin, powder, cigarettes and everything else. On top of that I was waiting for the 'God's Morality', which I was so much looking forward to in a movie about crime.

I recommend you to watch this work, because it is addictive, and to get acquainted with Quentin Tarantino and the film culture, it will do!
