Story Movie

The unstoppable infanticide, who in the fifth part even declares himself Super Freddy, contrives to be reborn in a child in the womb. The only chance to save the child is to find the unburied corpse of the nun Amanda Krueger, who gave birth to such a monster as Freddy, in order to destroy him. Fantastic and enchanting picture with incredible transformations with the help of complex makeup with visual and computer effects was once again a huge success with the audience.

Review 4K Movie

Well, even a great franchise was destined to fade away someday. It's not fair for greedy producers to suck millions out of viewers every year with just one Freddy Krueger. Although with a budget of $6 million, collecting $22 million (only domestically) is not a failure at all. But compared to previous installments, the audience's waning interest in the series became noticeable.

Everything seems to be in place: the excellent direction of Steven Hopkins (although not his debut, but his second film, followed by such films as ‘Predator 2’, ‘Lost in Space’, Ghost and Darkness). The immortal Robert Englund as Freddy, plus a couple of old characters from the previous series. A new script, which, however, was rewritten several times by different people right up until the start of filming.

With each installment, we learn more about the origin story of the series' main villain, Freddy Krueger. This time, we are shown how he came into being. In general, this installment focuses a lot on small children: the main character's pregnancy, the newborn Freddy.

There are only three deaths in the entire film. But what deaths they are. The special effects during these incidents are stunning.

Well, as always, they find a way to send Freddy back to hell, but we know that this is not the end.
