It was this film that marked the beginning of a new phase in Jackie Chan's career. His films began to gradually move away from typical Asian action movies and took on more of a Hollywood flavor.

The Dragon and the Cowboy are sworn friends and big troublemakers. They get into trouble together, fight, and even fall in love with the same girl. But their carefree life comes to an end when the friends accidentally get involved in a gang fight...

What can I say? As always, it's fantastic! For me, any film with Jackie Chan is an event, and I will probably never tire of rewatching his old films. Lord Dragon is one of Chan's classic films, but this classic is closer to our time.

As always, the film boasts gorgeous fight choreography. Moreover, there is no trace of the “drunken monkey” style here, but rather a much more realistic and refined approach. The fight scenes are increasingly filled with all kinds of stunts and acrobatic moves. This is where the “modern” Jackie Chan really comes into his own. And, of course, we mustn't forget the humor, an integral part of his films.
