Story Movie

Rapper D.J., and part-time pimp, is trying to organize the recording of his first album, with help from various Memphis acquaintances. This may be his first and last chance to make something of himself in the hip-hop world, so when he learns that rap superstar Skinnie Black is coming to his neighborhood, D.J. decides to push his best "product" to get Skinnie's attention.

Don't worry Terrence Howard, you went into the format, and quite successfully, you gave it your all and played it perfectly.

Thanks to this movie, I noticed that there is such an actor as Terrence Howard. I immediately watched all the movies with his participation and for the future I will definitely go to his movies. After the first viewing, I would give the movie a 6 or 7 out of 10. But the next day I suddenly felt the urge to re-watch this movie and I heartily give it a 10.

It's hard to understand in one viewing, it's hard to experience the same emotions that the main character experienced. The movie shows the life in the ghetto, shows that they do not live there, but survive! DJay (Terrence Howard) in my opinion is not just a pimp, but a philosopher-thinker. He tries to convey his thoughts to Nole (Taryn Manning) and soon he tries to convey it in his songs to everyone. After watching it, I immediately downloaded all the soundtracks, because 45% of the whole movie is the genre of music. And such tracks as " Whoop That", "It`s Hard Out Here For A Pimp", "Hustle & Flow" will fill 13 mb of my player for a long time.

So, to all fans of serious acting, as Terrence Howard put his soul in this role, to all music lovers, hip-hop fans or just connoisseurs, to all who want to see real life, I highly recommend this movie! And like I said before, don't jump to conclusions after the first viewing!
