All the inhabitants of the Negro neighborhood suffer from the Mafia. Everyone, from the barber to the prostitute, must pay tribute to the mob. But that's not enough for the scumbags. They beat up black boys and rape black girls. The People's Army, created by General Ahmet to protect the people of the neighborhood, cannot cope with this lawlessness. Then one of the commanders of the People's Army, Colonel Kozhach, initiates the creation of security units. The entire black population sees them as just avengers and helps them to get rid of the mafia terrorizing the neighborhood. However, when the mafia is defeated, the security squads themselves begin to engage in racketeering. With the money they earn, they build a center where recruits are trained, and the commanders relax by the pool with beautiful girls. The newly introduced military uniforms of the security squads look exactly like the clothes of Gestapo officers. Soon the organization becomes the Black Gestapo.

Lee Frost's low-budget blaxploitation crime thriller is a real find for the genre connoisseur. Everything in this movie is pleasing to the eye, from the first to the last frame. Absurd idea with black Gestapo, blacks in fascist clothes, ruthless mafiosi, giving blows to everyone indiscriminately. All this amusing absurdity is accompanied by a wonderful musical accompaniment by Alan Alper. In the frame you can see the director of the movie, he is starring as a mafia boss.

Foolish and funny movie, which will give a lot of pleasant moments to any connoisseur of low-budget cinematography.
